SDU Aviation and Space Society Students at Global Space Summit IAC 2026

Considered the world’s most prestigious space event and hosted by the Türkiye Technology Team (T3) Foundation at the Antalya NEST Congress Center, the 77th International Astronautical Congress (IAC 2026) brought together the leading stakeholders of the global space ecosystem. On Friday, October 9, a student delegation from the Süleyman Demirel University Aviation and Space Society conducted a technical and scientific visit to the congress.

The student group from the SDU Aviation and Space Society toured the booths of international space agencies, exhibition areas of global aerospace industry leaders, and technical presentation sessions on-site. The students had the opportunity to closely observe ongoing developments in cutting-edge space technologies, satellite systems, rocket propulsion technologies, and deep space exploration, while engaging in direct dialogue with industry professionals.

Enabling university students to connect with global science and technology platforms at an early stage, this visit contributed to their direct integration into the aerospace ecosystem and reinforced their commitment to future projects in line with the vision of the National Technology Initiative.
