The "We Make Aviation Fun!" event was held with great enthusiasm

On December 2, 2024, the "We Make Aviation Fun" event, held at Yılmaz Şener Middle School with 3rd-grade students, concluded with great interest. The event was organized by the Aviation and Space Society in collaboration with the Ministry of National Education (MEB).

The event, aimed at fostering an interest in aviation and raising awareness about the field, allowed children to enjoy creative activities such as finger painting and building model airplanes. Throughout the event, students were provided with information on how airplanes work, the fundamental principles of aviation, and the future of the aviation industry. Additionally, interactive presentations addressed questions about the aviation world.

As part of a social contribution initiative, this event aimed to engage young children with aviation and encourage them to consider pursuing careers in the field. Participating students reported an increase in their knowledge of aviation and expressed that their interest in the field had grown due to the enjoyable activities.

At the end of the event, the students showcased the model airplanes they had created, further strengthening their connection to aviation.
