In addition to the documents specified in the application calendar, students must upload to the system a "Certificate of No Obstacle to Lateral Transfer" from their own Faculty/School and a "Medical Board Report" from a fully equipped hospital (Research Hospital, State Hospital, or Private Hospital authorized to issue a Medical Board Report) stating that "There is no objection to enrolling in the Aviation Management Department." If the relevant document is not uploaded to the system, it must be presented during the registration process.

**INFORMATION REGARDING THE MEDICAL BOARD REPORT TO BE OBTAINED FROM A PRIVATE HOSPITAL;**

According to the Directive on Procedures and Principles Regarding Health Reports, in order for a Health Report stating the patient's condition to be issued, private healthcare providers must have the following specialties registered in their hospital license: Internal Medicine, Otolaryngology, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics and Traumatology, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Neurology, or Mental Health and Diseases, and the physician who is a member of the medical board in this specialty must be employed full-time at the hospital.

Therefore, it is important that the health report (medical board report) obtained from the private hospital is processed in accordance with the provisions of the directive to prevent any inconvenience to our dear students.
