Click here for the announcement from the Department of Student Affairs.
Note: In addition to the documents required for final registration as specified in the relevant announcement, students must submit the following during the registration process: a "Letter of No Objection to Lateral Transfer" from their current faculty/school, and a "Medical Board Report" (issued by a full-fledged hospital—such as a research hospital, state hospital, or a private hospital authorized to issue such reports) stating that there is "no medical contraindication to enrollment in the Aviation Management Department."
**INFORMATION REGARDING THE MEDICAL BOARD REPORT TO BE OBTAINED FROM A PRIVATE HOSPITAL:**
In accordance with the "Directive on Procedures and Principles Regarding Medical Reports," the provision states that for a private healthcare provider to be authorized to issue a Medical Board Report, the hospital's operating license must include the following medical specialties: "Internal Medicine, Otorhinolaryngology (ENT), General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics and Traumatology (or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation), and Neurology (or Mental Health and Diseases)." Furthermore, the physicians representing these specialties on the medical board must be employed at the hospital on a full-time basis.
Accordingly, it is crucial—in order to prevent any inconvenience to you, our valued students—that the Medical Board Report obtained from a private hospital is processed in strict compliance with the provisions of this directive.
