Applications for Late Course Registration with Justification

Students who were unable to register for courses on the dates specified in the academic calendar due to valid reasons must submit a late registration application via the Digital Forms/Student Process Forms/Associate Degree/Bachelor's Degree Process Forms on the SDUNet platform between September 4-6 , 2026. Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, and Graduate students can complete their late registration applications digitally within the specified date range to avoid any loss of rights.

Application Steps:

Please log in to sdunet.sdu.edu.tr using your institutional student email address and password. 

From the menu, navigate to Applications > SDU Forms > Student Process Forms and click on the "Excused Course Registration" link that matches your level of study.

Click the " Add New Excused Course Registration " button in the upper right corner to open the application form.

From the list that opens, add the Course Code, Course Name, and ECTS credits of the courses you wish to register for with a valid excuse . Write your reason for absence in the relevant field and upload your excuse document (in PDF format), if any.

After saving the form, check your application in "Draft" status and submit it for approval to the relevant Dean's Office/Institute using the "Submit for Approval" button. (Note: Applications submitted for approval cannot be edited afterwards.)

Course Registration Process

Students whose excuses are deemed acceptable by the board of directors will complete their course registration through the student information system on September 8-9, 2026 , by paying their tuition fees .
