Attention Students Clearing Their Records for Graduation in the 2025-2026 Spring Semester

Students of our School must complete the clearance procedures online via SDUnet by navigating to the “Personal - Clearance Procedures” menu.
The clearance process must be initiated online.

During the clearance procedure, the reason for the clearance must be specified. For instance, if the reason is graduation, the “Graduation” button must be used.

NOTE: Students are required to surrender their student ID cards to our School’s Student Affairs Unit.
