Attention to our students who have gained the right to enrol through lateral transfer based on the Central Placement Score for the Autumn Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year (Additional Article-1)

Students enrolled at our college for the 2025-2026 academic year must submit their exemption requests digitally via the menu under Student Exemption and Equivalence Procedures in the student process forms section of the SDÜ Forms application (forms.sdu.edu.tr).

This process is the responsibility of the student, and applications must be submitted by 26 September 2025. Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.

The following documents must be uploaded to the system: ‘Transcript for which exemption is requested, course contents, and any other documents to be added if applicable.’

Documents required for final registration:

1-Passport-sized photograph

2-Document proving that male students who have reached the age of 28 have no military obligations

3-Bank receipt showing that the tuition fee has been paid (to our University) for students transferring to Second Education Programmes (To be paid after the student number is obtained during registration)

4-Document stating that there is no obstacle to horizontal transfer (Library and Documentation Directorate, Health, Culture and Sports Directorate, Faculty and Higher Education Institution, etc.) Materials registered as movable (books, devices, etc.)

5-Transcript and Course Content (Will be requested from students applying for course exemptions)

6- Certificate of success/exemption from compulsory preparatory class/scientific preparatory class, if applicable

7- Health Committee Report;
