**INFORMATION REGARDING THE STATUS REPORT (COMMITTEE) TO BE OBTAINED FROM A PRIVATE HOSPITAL;**
According to the Directive on Procedures and Principles Regarding Health Reports, in order for a Health Report indicating the patient's condition to be issued, private healthcare providers must have the following specialties registered in their hospital license: "Internal Medicine, Otolaryngology, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics and Traumatology or Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Neurology or Mental Health and Diseases," and the physician who is a member of the board in this specialty must be employed at the hospital on a full-time basis.
In this regard, it is important that the medical board report obtained from the private hospital is processed in accordance with the guidelines to prevent any inconvenience to our dear students.
