In addition to the documents specified in the application schedule, students are required to upload the following to the system—or present them during registration if not uploaded—and obtain them from their current faculty/school: a "Letter of No Objection to Lateral Transfer" and a "Medical Board Report" (issued by a full-fledged hospital—such as a research hospital, state hospital, or a private hospital authorized to issue such reports) stating that there is "no medical objection to enrollment in the Aviation Management Department."

**INFORMATION REGARDING THE MEDICAL BOARD REPORT (STATUS REPORT) TO BE OBTAINED FROM A PRIVATE HOSPITAL:**

Under the "Directive on Procedures and Principles Regarding Medical Reports," the provision states that for a private healthcare provider to be authorized to issue a Medical Board Report (Status Report), the hospital's license must include the following medical specialties: "Internal Medicine, Otorhinolaryngology (ENT), General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics and Traumatology (or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation), and Neurology (or Mental Health and Diseases)." Furthermore, it is mandatory that the physicians serving on the medical board for these specialties work at the hospital on a full-time basis.

Accordingly, to ensure that you—our valued students—do not face any difficulties, it is important that the Medical Board Report (Status Report) obtained from a private hospital is processed in compliance with the provisions of the directive.
