UNOPENED UOS COURSES (University Common Elective), COURSE ADD-DELETE PROCESSES and EXCUSED COURSE REGISTRATION NOTICE

It is strongly announced that students should make all their transactions regarding the courses on the dates specified in the academic calendar in order to avoid victimisation.

Course Add/Delete procedures will be carried out on 23-27 September 2024.

2024-2025 Academic Year Autumn Semester registration renewal and course selection procedures have ended as of 20 September 2024. If there are students who cannot renew their registration due to an excuse during this period, they will be evaluated if they apply with an excused registration application and excused course registration forms with a petition on 23-25 September 2024.

Since the university common courses in which at least 80 students are not enrolled by the University Administrative Board will be closed, SMS has been sent to the phone numbers registered in the student information system for the students who have chosen a university common course in the active period. These students are required to leave the courses that are not opened from Monday, 23 September 2024 at 10.00 am until Friday, 27 September 2024 at 23.59 pm and make a finalization process by choosing any of the following courses to be opened. Students will be able to choose one of the courses listed after selecting ‘University Common Courses’ in the unit field on the course registration screen.
