Today, developments in computer and electronic technologies continue at a rapid pace. The reflections of these developments on the aviation sector appear as the increase in the reliability, performance and usage rates of aircraft. Electronic components of aircraft are critical to flight. For this reason, maintenance personnel working in the field of Aviation Electric-Electronics must have received a qualified education and prove their competence in their field. In this context, the Department of Aviation Electric and Electronics within the body of Süleyman Demirel University Civil Aviation School aims to provide a 4-year education based on the SHY/JAR-66 Aircraft Maintenance Personnel Regulation and SHY/JAR-147 Aircraft Maintenance Training Organizations Regulation.
